7 Wicket Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the 7 Wicket platform ("we", "the Platform") and its users ("you", "member"). By accessing the 7 Wicket website, mobile app, or any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

7 Wicket's terms and conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. These terms may be updated at any time, and your continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your automatic acceptance of the revised terms.

• These Terms & Conditions apply in both English and Bangla; in the event of any conflict, the Bangla version shall prevail.
• 7 Wicket reserves the right to suspend or permanently discontinue its services at any time without prior notice.
• These Terms & Conditions apply solely to the 7 Wicket platform and not to any third-party sites or services.
• Our Privacy Policy is considered an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.

To register an account with 7 Wicket, you must be at least 18 years of age and a legal citizen or resident of Bangladesh. You are required to provide accurate and complete personal information at the time of registration. Accounts created using false information will be terminated and any balance may be forfeited.

Each individual is allowed only one account. Creating multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method is a clear violation of 7 Wicket's Terms & Conditions.

• A valid, personal mobile number and email address must be provided at the time of registration.
• A copy of your National ID card or passport may be requested for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.
• Keep your account password strong — use at least 8 characters, combining numbers and special symbols.
• Do not share your account credentials with anyone or allow third parties to operate your account.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, report it to support@7wicket.ws immediately.

Before placing bets on 7 Wicket, make sure you fully understand the rules and odds of the relevant sport. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified — this is a core provision of 7 Wicket's Terms & Conditions.

In live betting, odds can change at any moment. The odds at the time of bet confirmation are considered final. If a bet is placed at incorrect odds due to a server error, 7 Wicket reserves the right to void that bet.

• The minimum bet amount is ৳50, and the maximum bet limit varies depending on the event.
• Pre-match bets will not be accepted once a match has kicked off.
• If a match is abandoned or cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If betting outcomes are affected by a technical error or data feed issue, the decision of 7 Wicket shall be final.
• Betting as part of a betting consortium or organised group is strictly prohibited.
• Attempting systematic arbitrage betting on the same event may result in account termination.

7 Wicket accepts payments via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and direct bank transfer. Deposits are usually processed instantly. Withdrawal requests are completed within 48 hours of verification.

Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in your own name. Requests to withdraw to third-party accounts will be rejected and may trigger an investigation.

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 | Maximum deposit: subject to set limits.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000 | Maximum daily withdrawal: ৳50,000.
• Withdrawals will be on hold until KYC verification is complete.
• The same payment method should be used for both deposits and withdrawals wherever possible.
• There are no hidden charges in our payment process — however, your bank or mobile banking provider may apply their own fees.
• If money laundering or any illegal transaction is suspected, the account will be suspended immediately and an investigation will be launched.

All bonus offers at 7 Wicket are subject to specific wagering requirements in accordance with our Terms & Conditions. To claim the welcome bonus, a set amount must be wagered following your first deposit. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly.

Each promotion has a set validity period. Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled upon expiry. Bets placed at odds below 1.50 will not count towards wagering requirements.

• Reload bonuses are available once per week.
• Cashback offers apply to net losses only.
• Attempting to abuse bonuses or collect them through multiple accounts is considered a prohibited activity.
• For referral bonuses, the referred person must complete their first deposit.
• 7 Wicket reserves the right to modify or cancel its bonus program at any time.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering using a false identity or impersonating another person.
• Using bots, automated scripts, or software to place bets.
• Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• Attempting to hack or defraud the payment system.
• Using the platform to launder money or process illicit funds.
• Attempting to breach the platform's software or odds system.
• Threatening or harassing other members.

7 Wicket takes your personal information very seriously. Data collected during registration is used solely for account management, payment verification, and service improvement. Your information is never sold or transferred to third parties.

• You have the right to request correction or deletion of your personal data.
• You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

7 Wicket reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these terms and conditions. Upon closure, the verified balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned, though it may be held pending the outcome of any ongoing investigation.

You can close your account at any time by sending a request to support@7wicket.ws. We recommend withdrawing any available balance before submitting the closure request.

• Any breach of these terms will result in immediate termination — without prior notice.
• Accounts may be archived after an extended period of inactivity (over 12 months).
• You have the right to appeal an account suspension — submit your appeal within 30 days.
• Balances in inactive accounts may be forfeited after 24 months.
